hey i live in tacoma washington,253. ive been flowering a plant under clf's for 2 1/2 weeks, can i leave my plant outside all the time yet?

Be sure to acclimate it.
Research it.
I don't know why you wouldn't have grown outside from the beginning instead of just now if you had the resources to grow outside in the first place.
For the most part people grow indoors for security reasons.
For the most part herb grown under natural sunlight contains more essential oils, trichomes, and is generally a better smoke.

Man I miss my patio garden! I live down here in so cal, and mid July to early august is just fine to finish up around late October down here. Not sure if that's how it is up there tho. I know that if I could choose indoor or out- I vote the sun for sure.
