absolutly u will see those flowers turn to bud as time progresses.You will also see more flowers as time progresses.a plant usaly takes 8-10 weeks to fully mature i recommend that u get as much info on the strain u got cause some strains take even longer.

A bud is a flower. Every plant pretty much has a flower. Weed has a flower its what we smoke. Go out in a field and look at the weeds growing. They have flowers too.

thats what i wanted to hear so can say im gonna get at least a couple onces off it because my plant is basically looking like a flower with minamal leaves it has been growing for about 4mts before flowering and about 4ft tall now thanks

Generally you won't see any buds on Tulips, Carnations, Daisies or Orchids. On the other hand Cannabis (or so I've heard) can often produce buds.
