Fluctuating lighting (both spectrum and strength)

I'm thinking while they're small I could use sunlight since my house is quite sunny, for 8-9 hours and about afternoon put them under 100-200 cfl..

Is it ok or could shock em?

I think as long as the temp is not to hot you could use natural sunlight to help them grow as youngsters. I have heard others using sunlight to assist them but keeping an eye on them during these hot days is ideal to be sure they dont get to hot!
