fluro light

hi people and growers

i am looking for some new cheap low wat fluro light.
i have no experience with them so far.
i only need them for clones as im currently using a 45w led panel but its crap and uses to much power for my needs from the light .
ive seen some cheap cool white 10w fluro light but they do not have any plugs that can be used with a wall socket.
so my question is can i just attach my own wall socket plug to the negative and positive leads also if i wanted to attach two lights together and run them from the one socket is that ok to do. yes i will ask the seller the same question but would like more options on this

fluro light im looking at are call LED Slim Ceiling Batten Tubes Light Fluorescent

Pop the plastic dome off of a LED screw in light bulb....Find the 9w (60w equivalent) at any dollar store type place, any hardware store will have larger sizes, 14w floodlight ect........find an old lamp at a garage sale, hang it.....

i was going to use a old lamp them screw in bulbs just its to janky for me been there done that with clf and i didn't want to have a light hanging id prefer flat mounting.
