flushing after feeding

you only need to flush if you have a salt build up and nutrient lockout. As long as you don't overfeed, you don't need to flush.

I flush toward the last 2 weeks of flower to rid all the build up and salts etc..UNLESS you over nute then no need to flush until the end.

I was thinking about this. Let's look at it like this. You eat to much sugary crap and get fat, now you want to rid your system of this overfill of sugar, so you drink nothing but water for 2 weeks, you will eventually piss and shit all the crap out and start losing weight.
Now a plant has been overfed with nutrients and then fed nothing but water for 2 weeks.
Does the plant piss and shit out all the overnutes?
does it start to lose weight?
If a plant is fed just what it needs to be healthy until the end. it will perform better then one that is fasting.
common sense says you can't take out of the plant what you already put into it.you can only try and FIX your mistake and that is what flushing is.
