This is my first grow.. complete beginner to growing. VA changed state law allowing for 4 plants per household so I figured I'd start some bag seeds and figure it out as I go. Lucky for me all showed female and the bag they came from had lots of purple on buds and pretty frosty for seeded weed.
Anyways I'm pretty pleased with the first go and have been researching extensively on grow techniques, mediums etc. This first grow has been outdoor in pots (I scrounged what we had laying around). Transplanted two of three plants to larger pots a 5 gallon and 10 gallon (didn't have larger for 3rd cause wife used the one I had planned on for some decorative flowers).
Used happy frog soil and mixed in down to earth 444 / 484 / and seabird guano 0-11-0 / worm castings and extreme mychoriza. This transplant was about a week before the plants started really showing flowers ( stunted flowers on largest pot cause I did a topping a bit too late in the season, so that plant only really showed strong flowering signs late August about a month later than original).
Largest pot (latest flowering start)

2nd largest pot earliest flowerer

Smallest pot 2nd flowerer
My main question is whether you should flush with organic amendments that get top dressed. I don't feel like it's necessary but curious as the girls are starting too show milky trichs on the earliest flowerer and think that one need to get harvested in the next two weeks. Sadly had to pluck my two biggest colas and branches early from her before colors set in. On 23rd after crazy rains and significant mold that had started and I didn't want it infecting rest of plant or other plants (middle pic) from it .
Temps have changed drastically since rains with cold mornings and that's when the purples started kicking in. I top-dressed worm castings on the 18th to all plants and some seabird guano (0-11-0) to the late flowering girl. Felt it was ok for that plant knowing how much further behind it is.
Anyways complete newb to growing so take it easy just trying to learn something.
