Hey guys Im trying to find a good flushing schedule for an indoor plant.. Does anyone have a proven schedule?

I'm soil, but heres what I do. I veg for 2-3 months then flush, wait 20 mins then flush again with 1/4 strength (veg) nutes. Next day take out to 12/12.
30 days later I flush again, same way except useing bloom nutes ofcourse. Then 2 weeks before harvest, I double flush again except I use molases instead of nutes. And I keep feeding molases till harvest.
