Is it needed? I'll also be growing 12-12 from seed only..Super Soil ok for this?

Well what would you be flushing? You have just added water to the super soil, so if you flush your just adding water again. Sounds like a trick question.
Straight up Super Soil is typically too hot for seedlings.
