Flushing W/Foxfarm

I'm 2-3 weeks from harvest and I was curious how much flushing is necessary. This is for the Foxfarm hydro trio(not the solubles), by the way. Up until now I have only used inorganic ferts, so I would either flush for a full 2 weeks, or use Clearex during the final week. I won't be using Clearex this time, just RO and molasses. Should I flush for 1 or 2 weeks? Has anyone not flushed at all?

Hydro, you only need a 2-4 days of clean water, in soil a good week, even two sometimes. 1 is generally enough tho.
Give the plants a good 2 days of dark before harvest. It forces them to use up all the energy possible in the plant for great buds...
