Flushing...when to do it..or should I?

Wondering when I should flush, or if I should. Just finished my 8th week of flowering....turned lights to 12/12 using 2 400w hps. Checked the trics and they are about 50/50 cloudy/clear. Does flushing and going without nutes cause the trics to turn or do I flush when the trics are a certain color? Im growing 2 hindu kush and 2 bag seeds. Also wondering if it does any god since I used Shultz's potting soil..it feeds up to 9 months.

usually flushing is done for the last 7 - 14 days of flower and is done so to flush chemical nutrients from the plant commonly said to improve the smokes taste and burn.
and since you soil has nutes in it flushing will do you no good as it will still release nutrients
