Flushing with cold water in veg (nute burn) Can I?

I just want to run some tap water into some buckets to flush, but I don't know if it'll be okay if I used it straight out the tap, I know people talk about chlorine and that but that's besides my point.

Will using ordinarily cold tap water effect my plants much?

I wouldn't use str8 cold water unless u like shocking your plants.Room temperature water or a lil colder than warm water
