How much do I flush with 3 gallon smart pots and 1 gallon smart pots

None of the above. It's not needed and has recently been studied in depth and the final answer is no, just feed as usual until chop. Someone may post a link to it but trust me, it was the end of this discussion, finally, once and for all.
