F'n Neighbors

So just got word that a friend back home just had his house ripped apart and ransacked by the local police all because his drunk neighbor said he saw him and his roommate put a plastic bag over a girls head and stuff her in the trunk and hold her hostage. Now this friend the neighbor is talking about is one of the most caring and loving individuals I know out there. Anyways I guess the police showed up this morning banging on his door and demanding to search the house, reasonable when you get a call like that. So they start searching and come across my buddies grow setup which was strictly used for vegetables and harass him about that for quite sometime and of course never found some girl being held hostage. Anyways I guess the police officers felt bad and apologized and said thanks for cooperating and took the neighbor away in cuffs. Fucking neighbors.

Thats Fucked up! On the bright side, he didnt have a grow set up! But, yes neighbors can be a pain in the ass. Tis the reason i hate the area im in. The houses are on top of each other. I meen I have about 6 ft between my neighbors and me.

Im right next to all my neighbors too, luckily there just cool. I still want to find a new house though with some acreage.

and why is this in the Gardening section?

While that does suck for your friend, Im thrilled to hear the cops actually took the right mfer to jail in this instance.

Better watch out, if the police start arresting people for being wrong... jails will definitely be overcrowded.

call bs all you want, this happened around two this morning two a friend of mine in Illinois, right across the river from St. Louis. Also the person who called the cops was some drunk asshole who apperantly my friends were having issues with. So ya nothing wrong with calling the police if someones being hurt, but at least make sure its actually happening. Also in the gardening section because he was gardening and had his garden basically tore up during the search.

Glad to know the cops wait till 2am to do something. Likens to the Amanda Berry call where the operator basically said, I'll send someone eventually... tell it to them when they get there.

i have the opposite issue in my neighborhood. no one calls the cops for shit here and if they do they better stay anonymous or they'll have some holes in their house. it's a fucking annoying place to live but it's a perfect place to grow weed and have loud parties. bonus free entertainment.

I live on a huge pieve of land but it has 7 units all around one another. Its not exactly right on top of each other but still pretty damn close. Next house im moving out to the country a bit. Not the middle of nowhere but just out of the suburbs. In the world we live in these days privacy is precious. Everybody wants to know everyone else business...

Yeah privacy is very precious and like I was tell Nietz, its not a big deal if you seen someone really being hurt and thought someones life was in danger so you call the police. But this guy apperantly had issues with my buddy and his girlfriend and they said the guy and his friends would get drunk and just talk shit to them a lot when they'd be outside and stuff.

When I lived in the projects, my friends and I were often too poor to do much of anything, so we would scrape for some beer and sit in the window at night watching the shenanigans of the street below. Good memories

This is why I can't stand city life. I am truly blessed to be on 12 acres in god's country.

did they have a warrant? I guess if I had nothing to hide, I might let them search my house without one.. but I have plenty to hide. also if they had a warrant for a kidnapping or w/e and stumble across weed, I believe they could do nothing about it. but if let in without a warrant and they find some weed, they can then make an arrest

if I were ur friend I would have already placed nails under his tires, sugar in the gas tank, and bleach on his lawn
