Fogponic seedling care, does it look ok?

so its been a couple of weeks since i sprouted this auto..,

ive super novice at this and just wanted someone to say that everything looks ok or maybe there is something wrong.

so far i turn the fog on for 15min every 4 hours while the light is on. i have it on for 16hr off for 8hr, the roots seem to be doing sweet but its not getting any taller and i cant tell if the lights are too close or far away or if im just super impatient? the leaves look a bit droopy, it did get a bit damaged at the begining i dropped it and bent the stem but it seems to have recovered from that. :(

my lights are cree cobs and they arent on at full power, their dimmed around 60-75%

im super happy that my ghetto closet seems to be doing fairly well considering its missing a lot of stuff. i just would appreciate a trained eye.

the rooted area looks soaked and i dunno if this is good?

anyway thanks for anyone that replies <3

Im know the light should be lower. Most of my knowledge is outdoor. That being said, your plant looks like shes dyeing. Ive never seen a hydro setup with soil. Mostly clay pellets. Your roots look glassy and transparent. I wouldn't be surprised if the roots are rotting in the soil.

Are you feeding it?

Transplant that purple stemmed freak into some COCO. New growers always got to be complicating things. fabric pot and coco. thats my final answer. Roots look transparent and thats not a good thing. Fog ponics would require a lot more frequent fogging to actually perform properly.. every four hours is doing nothing really. If it weren't for the media you've planted that thing in.....she would have by now dried out. If you want to maintain this Fog setup, I advise reading into it much further. or just grab some coco and get it growing on,Simply

i did have the foggers on twice an hour @SwitchHitter but like you guys say the media which is a root it! plug seems to be drenched and it doesnt drain properly. @mmjmon no i am not feeding it, just fogging water at it. i didnt want to add more stress by adding any nutrients yet. As i suspected something isnt right so i guess ill either plant it into a fabric pot or see if i can sort out something with fogging. @haloman420 i will turn up my light and stick it nearer the plant see what happens.

i can appreciate peoples advice, some of the stuff i do maybe wrong or stupid. i would say new growers make things complicated because we're fullerideas... :P they might not work right away but thats how best i learn, through real life. beleive it or not i have read but theres only so much reading i can take it before its all just words.

i will see what happens to the plant over the next few days if it stils looks sad ill have to pot it and leave the fogponics till i can sort out a better system. it just looks cool and i saw furry roots on some people systems so seemed like a good choice.

following on from my earlier posts the seedling has been planted in a fabric pot now with biodynamic soil / worm castings / lava rock / rice hulls for a basic mix for a no till base start. seedling stills looks tiny and shabby. been in the soil for nearly 2 days so hopefully it will start to grow. i may dilute some molasses in some water and some air in it but thought clean water would do for now.

continuing with finding the right strength for the lights, if i turn them too bright the cupboard becomes way to humid and hot, but too low and it doesnt seem to encourage the plant to grow. guess ill have to keep tweeking till i understand what signs to look for to see its wanting to grow.
