Foliar feeding

How old should a cannabis plant be before you start foliar feeding. Mines about a month old and I was wondering if I should start soon. This is my first grow so any advice is appreciated.

just make sure you don't hit the lights, I do it during lights out

Depending on what you're spraying, after about a couple weeks old is a good time to start foliar.

Don't spray anything on flowering plants much before lights out, best time is just prior to lights on. Avoid spraying anything in the final couple weeks. You don't want to end up with powdery mildew or bud rot.
