Foliar spray and/or nutes for seedlings? (Please, please read and maybe offer help)

Ok - don't kill me - just wanted to check...



I know that every guide I read and video Ive seen says seedlings get 24/7 of Florecent lights....

And should be sprayed several times a day with water ?

Right?



Just want to see if anyone reccomends foliar spray or nutes in the spray of any kind for seedlings...or just plain ole water....?



BTW - my seedlings are three days old and about two - three inches long with just two little leaves at the top of a long and skinny stem....

A couple of them are REAL thin in the middle of the stem, and are drooping down, one is bent over in half....

What does that mean???



As well - they are very very lite green in color - almost yellow - not the normal mid-dark green....


Does this mean they are too wet (the rockwool) ?


Or that they are needing LIGHT (until now, they have been in the dark)


Please advise - this is my first official grow from seeds (to be Hydro) and I want to get this right....

Im not a Hydro man persoanly, have done it before but i prefer soil.

Do not feed you seedlings anything, just plain old distilled water. If you feed them at this stage then then they will burn and die.

When the seeds have their first set of leafs then i would put them under 18/6 not 24/7.

get some pics up. I'm doing all hydro rockwool......you will have lots of your questions answered in my two threads..... first one is seeds-pre-flower, the second which is in my signature... is pre-flower to bloom.

You shoudn't have to spray them till they are bigger. They may be ready to be transplanted. Get some pics and I will help ya!

Ok - here are my seedlings

My AK's are the best of my crop so far, this is a pic of yesterday, now today one of my seedlings is starting to lean over

The TS were staring out strong now only one of four is leaning over

So I'm freaking out - the TS were the first to pop up and they were all looking good, now three of four have bent over and look wilted, and the last one remaining is starting to bend

My AK (which I care about the most) yesterday were all looking green and healthy with little leaves popping off the tops, now one of those is starting to bend over

Not sure what I'm doing wrong

I just put them under the T5 yesterday. Im spraying them with PH balanced Distilled water and that's it

Please help.....
