foliar spray

ok i heard this is good cause it like helps the plant if you spray before the lights go on for indoor growing. is it just water? or nutes? and anyone have any suggestions for good veg nutes for big fast growth (organic) and an additive that will protect your plant from small things that may harm it (ie: heat, water, pest, ect...) ??? i ask cause someone mentioned additives like snow cap and shit like that.

It can have nutes, just mix a little in your water, I wont advise just any old nutes, I use thrive alive green.Some stuff may burn your leaves or worse clog the stomatas and kill it or wilt it. The key to feeding is getting a fine mist and vary a foliar feeding with regular water to keep the leaves clean.
