Forcing Clones

I am forcing clones to flower after 1 week of veg. Thats one week I am doing 18/6 light to dark. My question is, when and how should I start trimming. How many nodes do I want to have? I know that this is most likely a very situational question, but I am looking for a generalization. I will develop my strategy over the plethora of time that I have to think about it. These are what my plants look like currently. This is day 6 of week one after roots formed and I transplanted into the rock wool. Thanks!

What exactly do you want to trim? and why?

generally: trim off bottom third of plant. but like you said; that depends. if ventillation and plant spacing is good, you can leave the whole plant(i have, and it was more than fine). but if ventillation is poor or if plants are overcrowded the extra foliage can present an issue(pests, mildew). trimming off bottom 3rd is generally a safe bet and possibly a rule of thumb.

whoa... i didnt see the pix. yea, you wont need to trim til about wk 3-4 (if at all), you could get a bigger top cola if you cut all branches except the main (once they form), but there will most likely be no need. I love the novelty of the tiny grow(i miss my cupboard lol) respect!

They don't need any kind of trimming.

If you get over your lights footprint you can trim the lower parts.
With a 400W its 80-100cm. Add 20cm with a 600W.

Tonight marks the end of week one. This is a forcing of clones, 1 week of 18/6, rest will be 12/12... I am doing ebb and flow hydro under a 454w HO T5. I am using flora nutes, 15gal reservoir and just mixed 37.5ml Micro, 75ml Grow, and 37.5ml of Bloom. This is the first time I have raised my own clones. The strain is unknown expect for the far back left cube is Sour Disel. So look at the pictures... there are some close up of leaves that I feel are telling me something, overall pictures, close up of plant, and what I think looks cool is the blue and red light reflection from my flood table. Any questions or comments please make them!!!
