Found a banana

Was looking through a few pics from earlier and spotted what looks to be a banana? I spent nearly an hour looking for it or more but couldn't find any.

Should I be worried? is it likely to be a one off or should I expect trouble?

She is only in week 4 of flower, and has had a stress free life.

It's a bananna. Carry on like usual. Nothing you can do if you can't find it.
