four lined bugs (Poecilocapsus lineatus)

anybody have to deal with these little bastards? i decided to put some of my girls outside this year and they have completely ravished one of them, they are sneaky little things that see you come and scatter like water bugs under the leaves, and when you flip the leaf over they run to the other side like you didnt notice them. ive been squashing them when i can but they are fast and in good numbers and when you kill a few of them it seems they come back times ten. id like to know how anybody has gotten rid of them? any info would be great, thanks!
