I’m using Fox Farm Ocean Forest and my PH on my run off is in the low 4’s. How do I bring that up?

You don't need to adjust PH in organic soil.. Its buffered..

If you plan on using salt based nutes, Yes adjust ph... If using organic dry amendments, No..

That goes for any medium you use..... bottled nutes = the need to ph adjust nutrient solution.
