Fox Farm: Whats the point of using Grow Big during flower?

check out this feeding schedule. Everyone seems to swear by it but I dont get why Grow Big is used during flower. Its timed exactly with the Beastie Bloomz enhancer which leads me to believe that the 2 work well together. (maybe the beastie bloomz creates lots of the dense buds and grow big gives the nutrients required or something)... bit confused here as I want my plants to stretch as little as possible during the flowering phase and I am concerned that Grow Big will make my plants grow a lot taller.

so basically whats this Grow Big being used in flower all about?

from the scheduling of the grow big it looks like it would have some benifishial micro nutes ie nitrogen,zinc,calcium andsuch but i dont know for sure look up the contents on their web.

hmmm... im interested in this too?? I grew last time with Tiger Bloom for flowering, it worked Very Well. This time i got Grow Big as well cuz i heard they work well together we'll see...still using my Alaska fish fertilizer for vegg, plants just love it!!!

i believe that the sched uses grow big 1 or 2 times about in the middle of flowering, this is to add a lil extra nitrogen that the plant will use until harvest, basically just a shot of N to get the plant to harvest..

Two weeks into flower it asks you too add grow big from flower weeks 2-4. This will give it enough N too stay nice and green to the end of flower. I notice if I dont use grow big in flower at all then my big fan leaves end up yellowing out and dieing.

I have had good success using the FF schedule to the letter, using all 6 products. My fan leaves do all turn yellow and die during flower, but as I understand it that is normal. However, I am concerned that some of it may be premature due to a lack of nutruients. The schedule calls for feeding every other watering. But, if you water properly it isn't going to be that often per week, is it?
So my question is, on a quart per plant basis for example, how much nutrient water do your plants get per week if following the FF schedule? EDIT: of course it depends on pot size, humidity etc. I do realize that. Say it's a 3 gallon pot, 50% humidity and 75-80 deg F. That about sums up my environment. I believe my plants get about a quart and a half or so of nutrient water per week.
