Just like the title, if you are someone who does Fox Farms Ocean Forest + Fox Farm Trio:
1. Do you get nutritional deficiencies?
2. Do you measure PPM of your nutrient solution? If so in mid-grow and mid-flower, what PPM do generally you target and how often fed?
3. Do you pH the nutrient solution and/or waterings? If so, what pH do you target?
4. What do you amend, if anything, to soil or nutrient solution for the purpose of managing pH?
5. Where do you think you source your FFOF? (e.g. West Coast, East Coast)

I seem to ALWAYS get calcium and possibly magnesium deficiencies that start early and go to the end, even with great yields. They may mix with possible K and P deficiencies, it can become hard to tell. Stems are always healthy, buds can grow it's just leaves that can look like hell. And its happening again... Checking run offs and there is slight risk I am over feeding (have seen spikes to 1300+ PPM for runoff). I don't get leaf wilt from over-watering, but I tend to err slightly on side of over-watering due to fear of FFOF drying and then is hard to rehydrate. Cal/mag seems to do NOTHING for the problem, ever. Sometimes I think the cal/mag does more harm in terms of nute burn/PPM increase as I get desperate and add more. My tap water report seems to indicate it has a decent amount of Ca/Mg in it, in 4:1 ratio, although in the softer range of ~130PPM out of the tap (and 7 pH). I shoot for pH around 6.5 of waterings and nutrient solution. My runoffs are in that range although they seem to get a little more alkaline than what I put in. I use a drop kit. I have a probe but they are such a PIA in terms of maintenance that I don't use it. I've tried feedings, starting @~1 month or when deficiencies present, in PPM ranges of 300-1200, depending on where there plant is in the growth stage. I feeding every 2-3 waterings, depending on how it is looking. I get my FFOF on the east coast (although order Amazon now so who knows where that comes from).

I have used the combo.

I pH the feed between 6.2 and 7.0 and went up and down that range to ensure I am allowing the plant to uptake different things when they are needed.

I use tap water. No cal/mag issues with that.

I pH the feed mostly in bloom as the synthetic nutes destroy microbes.

I begin with 25% of the scheduled reccomended values and increase slowly to ensure I don't over do it on my plants.

I stopped using ff trio this year and went with organic ammendments which has been a bit of a learning curve however is easier IMHO.
