Fox farms soil for seedlings?

Would fox farms soil be a good choice for seedlings? Ive read about rockwool also. Where do you get it?

Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil FTW. Excellent soil, never had a problem with it. I use it for all my needs, except cloning. For that I use those Jiffy pellets.

Ocean forest works for most everything (except cloning). If using with seedlings just water without ferts.
