Fox News DEBUNKS "Al Gores hyterical global warming theory" lol

Every year we get snow storms and FOX makes the outrageous claim that winter weather contradicts global warming which is supposably a theory that Al Gore Created, yes this is actually real, fox news thinks you don't understand what climate is and that Al Gore is the one who first theorized of global warming lol

Fox is a Propaganda Clearing house for the Far Right everyone knows that.
Anyone that believes Fox is fair and balanced they have no clue where the left is or where center actually is.
If you see Fox you can either lap up the propaganda slop or ignore it.

Glad to hear glen beck is off but the stupidity won't stop.

BTW its fucking climate change, the climate is changing. Its not just "getting warm everywhere" the climate is changing as in more violent storms, heavier winters, hotter summers. To say its hot in in the winter time is just stupid. It really depends on where you live... see again, more biased media not giving the entire truth.

Fox news has always been a joke, even the current administration has called them out on it.

I actually don't patronize MSNBC, CBS or ABC much any more.
Fox shows up on my radar as the polar opinion often.

My life timeline is of one where T.V. was Black and White or monochrome as we now call it to today of multimedia and multiprocessors. I find the diversity of internet content to be what I coin as "The Wild Ride."

So what shows people watch? Dono.. I was appalled at the Storage Unit repo show. Who could enjoy watching people lose their belongings to auction. We can only assume it was because they are dead or too poor to pay.
I suppose I filter more than I realize but I include multiple levels of interests as well. Then since I am also 50 I try to share my brand of wisdom.

So what negatives to you assign to {ABC, CBS, MSNBC }??

Love your post. My counter is: As the nature of communication evolves in a society so too must old constructs change.

In simpler terms we are more or less redefining our language in the form of interactive thinking.

So we are always forming ideas of our own.

You do have a point on the Left and Right defines and I credit you for that. But with languages things evolve.

Well ABC/CBS/MSNBC is also biast - ABC and CBS not so obvious but the main problem I feel is that they go for ratings which means they all just sort of copy off one another the 'big' stories..and the most important aspect is when they report on these stories they are again going for ratings so they leave out the facts that are not so popular regardless of their importance, its when you go on the internet and research these stories you find gems that they didn't seem to mention on their television report on a normal basis these facts are of monumental importance. Secondly, the reporters are told from the top what to report on not just because of ratings but another major factor is the political ideals and financial gain of the people at the top and the people who fund them, to use fox as an example, when you watch fox you are watching the kind of stories and factoids that CEO R. Murdoch wants you to see because it makes him money and pushes his agenda, these reports get huge kudos for appeasing him.

I like to call the mainstream media 'happy fun time news' because that is exactly what it has become in part due to their emphasis on ratings. Example, Americas don't want to hear how bad the power plant leaks in japan are theyd rather here about a new facebook app or charlie sheen or they would rather here that the power plants are fine and its not a big deal, so on the extreme end of things you have fox news showing pictures of a power plant that looks all fine and under control but when you go to the internet and look at the live shot it looks like hell on earth billowing tons of nuclear smoke into the air and the plant staff has evacuated and left it burning, while according to other news stations it might still be burning and they are showing legitimate pictures and stuff but they report on it as if its not a big deal and everything is under control. Now please understand I am only using Japan as an example here, there is a whole lot more corruption, murder, starvation, coverups, etc... that the media doesnt report on..again facts of great importance are not given because they only tell you what they think you want to hear and only if the elites want you to hear it. Thus why I dub the mainstream news 'happy fun time news' - If you only watch mainstream media everything is going pretty good for america for the most part and there is very little corruption and evil in this world, a picture is painted for you of this world that is far from the grim reality.

Setting aside the political rhetoric and lopsided reporting I think the major issue is that they report with some sort of agenda and that agenda is no longer to INFORM THE PUBLIC which is their proper job.......Anchors have admitted openly that their job is to do something like 'make this administration work' or 'give a voice to american values' or something ridiculous. There is just not any tough reporting anymore especially on live television, they are scared to push hard for the facts or they might lose their job, so what we have now in America is essentially a propaganda network that reports for the most part only what the elite want you to know about and exactly how they want you to understand it, its really become very twisted especially as they are losing more and more ratings from the internet. Consequently, instead of exposing corruption and coverups the mainstream media fosters them and supports them directly or indirectly.

I think there is alot of that in the Global warming science.
Not to mention if scientists didnt find anything to scare us how could they get a 50 Million $ grant to study it?


I remember when the main media was all concerned with the burning of the Amazon, I remember when they used (20yrs ago) to say an area the size of kansas is burned every day lol. Then they found a better cause thats harder to prove or disprove "global warming".

There have been many "the sky is falling type of stories" i can remember.
The world is hedding into an ice age, DDT has killed all birds there shells are to week , The hole in the Ozone lol, amazon burning, Global warming.
I also think its funny how the Main strem news had to work very hard to blame all those stories on the EVIL USA.

Fox news also has several left leaning repoerters working for them, dont remember Abc,Nbc Cbs ever doing that...

Your right there is a lot of theories like this and some have been ridiculous, that is about the only thing that gives them an angle in my view, The leading climatologists (in fact the overwhelming majority of all scientist including the ones labeled as 'deniers') have accepted the evidence for GW and, after decades of debate and research, for the most part believe it to be legitimate . Even the top 4 skeptics among these scientist agree that the Earth is warming and that it is human caused. This is a far cry from a theory concocted by Al Gore lol.

It is also true that global warming is probably on the bottom of the list of enviromental issues we face currently and the fact that the main stream media is always talking about global warming goes back to what I said earlier about the mainstream media talking about shit that doesnt really matter to distract us, so this is what will cause some people who understand the media and have a great distrust for it to theorize that Global Warming is some kind of hoax. We have more immidiate threats to the world and humanitity then global warming yet the mainstream media is always talking about it, again here they are talking about shit that doesn't even really matter in comparison to the real problems at the forefront.

I thought Al Gore said he (or his policys?) was instrumental to the discovery of global warming or something, he also tried to take credit for the INTERNET some how lol.
