Your temps should be similar to the room the tent is in - control the room not the tent. Also thermometers and such dont read right if in the light or indirectly in the light - heat is radiation conduction convection so omit radiation and conducttion to get convection i.e. air temps.
My exhaust makes negative pressure, the intake holes are sized so they feel like a good jet of air is going through and that pulls heat from the whole tent. We do not want wind above what is barely preceptable - step in your tent and it feels fresh with air movement then great, feeling wind bad. Fans will boost dead spots exhausts cant reach if a bigger tent or room. Hard to explain but wind speeds should be around 0.5 - 1.0m/s as an overall guess. Best i can explain that whole bit.
Lights i recently try to judge in ppfd or umols so seedlings 100ppfd upto say 800 full flower - im not there yet but light is radiation and like your thermometer it heats whatever surface it strikes so too much can heat a leaf past the point it can keep cool and voila moisture stress and crap. This plant should grow upwards daily and have good node spacing - shorter nodes seem to happen when you start hittin max light intensities and the plant dont like up no more.
For me thats a run down of my environment, add in soil and its pretty easy, where i struggle the most is in getting it allperfect - forever adjusting trying to keep within the lines.
Your bud looks great for a homegrow, be airy and shrink once them.leaves are off and dried but the trichs and calyx say its gona be a gooooood smoke.
Ask me about the hang dry if you need another opinion that isnt jarring with boveda and cardboard box stuff
Thanks man.. I’m learning it’s a beauty.. my temps are low and I moved the light up... wonder what I did wrong?
