Have a strawberry banana that has started to foxtail due to light fixture height being too close to her. I cant move my light up any more. Should i just end up harvesting her or let her go? She probably only has justvover a week left til she is actually totally finished

If the top say 1/3 is ready, take that part and ripen the lower portion. Selective Harvest.

Is the foxtailing maturing fast too? If so.probably leave it, if its making bud white pistilled a lot id chop now as in cut your looses.

I dont see much bad tails but its not the most healthiest so to be expected towards the end :-)

Your plants have stress from light heat or moisture most likely but these things become apparent over grows.

Hang bud for longer if its early and still a little fresh, dont enclose it in a cupboard but allow air exchange.

Even early weed can be tasty to the homegrower that grew it, many mistakes have got me pretty high and still a sense of achievement.

You did what you thought, good experience, i would have done the same. Dry is when it smokes well in a joint but hang longer till taste and flavour hit max, ignore curing till its as best as it can be, then jar it.

Enjoy :-)
