Your looking at the brain as a computer. While a computer can be full of data it lacks knowledge. Computers are programed to process data and they do this in a linear way, even when the programing makes this processing makes it seem nonlinear, and the programing can get very flexible, it is still linear.
The brain processes data and turns it into knowledge is processed into understanding is a good way to look at it. While the neural pathways can be seen as like a computers and many may be linked and use the data in different ways A I doesn't work. Even a single neuron seemingly can make computations. There is diminished capacity as well as superior capacity to learn amongst different populace.

I do not assign the value nor value to race.

There is diminished capacity along party lines if you will..GOPers display less of a capacity to assimilate factual information therefore my guess would be less of an IQ.

It was the result of a survey of the members of the triple nine society ( a group of people that score in the 99.9 percentile..."mensa on steroids" ) concerning their view points.
