fresh air with co2 ?

I have invested almost 30,000 in building this energy saving sea of green. What I mean Is Ive built three rooms inside my garadge one for clones and mother plants , one for veging, and the last one for flowering all are hooked up to a 3hp self contained chiller by chill king. I have 4 1000 watt hps lights in my flower room all having six inch ice boxes on one side then a six inch inline fan for each light blowing through one side of each hood then going through the ice box . I have this setup as a closed system going through first the fan then the hood then the ice box to another fan , hood ,and then another ice box .and then directly out of the room. I then set up one 10 inch fan with reducer to one 8 inch ice box hooked to an icebox thermostat hoping to use it instead of an ac unit. Now there is also a fan hooked to a can filter that cleans the air then push's it back into the room making this flower room a closed enviroment. reason for this is I also have one hydrogen pro with heat scruber hooked up to the chiller manifold. can anyone tell me if this is right or do I still need fresh air intake when using co2 ? I know not to pull out the air in the room or Ill loose the co2 . but what I dont know is should I still bring in fresh air if so I could keep the ends of my closed lights open so that the cooler air flowing through the lights could then bring fresh air in? is this a must or am I doing it right so FAR?

I think I just realized I need when the lights go out to have fresh air blown into my room and have a damper hooked with a timer on both my co2gen and the fresh air fan so they work on and off with my lights. Is this right. Does anyone do this?

Do I need an out the same size as the in all coming on while the lights and co2gen is off ? How do people know this stuff realy it doesn't tell you anywhere what to do whith this co2 system. Completly diferent than what I'm used to . I'm guessing this is why they sell dampers at the hydro store. Why no one says anything gets me?

See I just need to know should I buy one or do I need to buy two more fans. With timers? I'm also thinking about a stand up ac to help with the heat only probly during this hot summer crap. The ice boxes are working it's just geting alitle over 80 and it's a 15 x 10 x 10 room and it's literly 115 deg out side where my chiller sits

...personally, I have a constant freash air exchange. I have a very small hole @ the bottom of my room which was initially made to relieve the negative pressue from the a/c unit. (my walls we're sucking inward) . Works great.

...I've been through, what your about to learn myself...imo, an airtight room is pretty hard to have really "airtight"...you'll have alot of humidity problems. I ran ebb'n flow tables in an airtight room, and I bullshit you not, the fucking room had puddles in it after just 2 days....and I had a dehumidifier on 24/0

...how do I do it? I keep a small fan constantly pulling air out of the room through a charcoal filter. It not only makes it easy to keep smell free by keeping negative pressure on the room, it is also an economical way to get rid of excess moisture so you don't need a dehumidifier... but because of this, you will need to use a bit more CO2 to compensate for the air that will come into the room through the cracks around the door, electrical plugs window, frames or wherever as the small fan sucks it out. If you are using a burner it won't cost hardly a thing more in propane but if you are refilling tanks it will be a little more expensive.

...remember that co2 will sink to the bottom of your room, so a fan pointed towards the lower of the room is important to keep it circulating the room.

...and put your monitor at plant canopy level.

I do run dehumidifyers. It's a must at night with my water cooled sysem on top of having my flower room closed for co2. What I learned and mabey why your having high humidity is while lights are on co2 turns into oxygen when lights out it turns reverse so it takes the oxygen. So everything gets a simple timer. Two fans ( both have to be the same.) and they're both hooked up to charcol filters( hepa):-) anyways. I have one pushing clean air in from over the door and the other down low pulling clean co-2 in-riched air and pushing it into the veging room that has constant fresh air in it. This only hapens while lights are out.
