Like fried catfish or just like flaked into the sauce?I added some herb to my sauce. So good. The earthy/nutty/dark flavors added some low end body to the fruity sauce and really made the catfish pop.

Ah. Well I live in the US and here plenty of people don't like fish at all. I've fished all my life and where I live everyone mostly target trout and eat trout.
