friend gave me his seedlings how do i fix (super leggy)

as you can see he did not give them enough light he was using one 60w cfl for 3 plants LOL how can i fix this are the plants as good as dead im giving em 160w of light so 80w for both

repot them, bury them right to the first set of leaves, get your light as close as possible, and feed them good
(and i don't think anyone is going to believe thats a petunia)

more light...and you can re-transplant them lower...and also top in a month
