hi I want to know some opinions this is THE WHITE ... About 45 days into flowering buds are still getting bigger

they are coming to there end its a 60 day flowerer. check trichomes.

looks great, but not done imo..
is that 45 days from when you flipped to 12 / 12?

I would let her keep growing . Those buds are so small , that there won't be much left after drying and curing. look healthy tho
