friggin house flies!

hey guys i have a shitload of flys either on or near my garden. they are not the tiny black ones, but the common annoying house fly. i made a couple traps with raw meat and caught alot of them. are there any tips/tricks to make them leave?? also does anybody know why they are flying all over? anyone's info is appreciated! peace and pot.

Clean your house, no food left out, pick up animals mess, get a fly swatter, maybe get some new soil. The yellow sticky fly traps worked very well for me, just place them all over your garden & keep a swatter near just in case.

What also helped me was having my fly taps where the fans were pointing, so if they got in that wind they'd just be blown onto the traps. Good luck man those things can get annoying, and you don't want maggots in your house at all

they are bad this year > first warm weather was really bad. fences were black.

they have said you can use a ziploc baggie with water in it.. and a few coins hang it in the yard and the refracted light scares them off.. just so you dont go thru the work.. it does nothing.. last year was really bad with the flies here.. I honestly dont know where they are coming they seem to just appear..

I tried one of those electric bug zappers but they need a special light to draw the flies in..

I hate flies.. nothing is more of a pain in the ass as one that keeps landing on or buzzing near you..

i made some fly traps and they did a really food job. i noticed this morning some tiny holes in on of my leaves and found a tiny caterpillar!! needless to say he is dead lol. does anybody know how to get rid of these lil guys??? thanks guys!!!

99 cent only store + 5 bucks = 20 fly strips. The old school sticky kind that you pull a strip out of a roll and hang 'em. Good luck.

cool! thanks guys! i got a dollar store 2 minutes away. and i got some fly strips blowing in the wind!!! i appreciate all the feed back!
