From dwc to soil?

I’m wondering if I can take a clone I had started that got forgotten about and brought back to health from the dwc bucket it’s grown into and put in a 5 gal pot of promix?

Sure can. I've done it both ways and to go to ProMix cut the roots back and just set it in a partly filled pot of pre-moistened mix so the plant is the level you want it at and fill the pot to the brim. Add a bamboo stick or something for support until the roots have established to support the plant and she'll be fine. Soak the pot good and the mix will settle down to leave an inch or two from the top. I leave them sit in the tray with the runoff for an hour to make sure any dry areas have time to soak up some water.
