From outdoor Nor*Cal to indoor tent.

Ok guys. Forgive me. Don't crucify me for questions I already know I should have the answers to.. as I am always failing to K.I.S.S
I have a M.A.C/jelly pie and a SourAlienFire about 5 feet tall, put outside in mid summer, and here in norcal the weather has gotten cloudy, cold down to 64 in the day, 41 at night. Had aphids. Caterpillars too most likely. So I blasted them with cold water with a nice sprayer head to get in between those flowers, but I moved them inside my large grow tent, under ALL led lights, I have about 2000w of LED power in there, and I've heard that moving outside plants indoors under artificial lighting isn't ideal... but has resulted in swelled up buds, I assume that this is because the plants are stressed and want more light compared to outside. They're in week 7 of flower, they were just going so slow outside, I know aphids were the issue. They're so dank and sticky but I'm not getting that size I want. I'm using MOAB on weeks 8 and 9. Has anyone had good results doing this. They've been on earth juice SeaBlast 3-26-22 on a constant feed schedule dosing. With molasses and n-cal-mag when needed. Also wondering if I should decrease or increase food because of this climate change I put them thru. I had no choice, I wasn't gonna put spinosad all up in those buds. I wiped the leaves and stalk. After letting them dry from spraying them with hose. Anyone ever done this?
