Fruit flies?

This seems like a dumb question but its summer and doors are left open accidently but the last time i just squished them when i saw them. Are they a type of fruit fly? everything is 100% clean, my house is also very very clean, no trash no old food nothing like that. is this normal? TBH ive only seen one in 3 weeks but its better safe then sorry. should i just put up those sticky sticks and see if any get attached? Im still a noob so go a little easy on me

come on man, shouldnt you took a pic or at least describe what kind of bug is this.
I mean this is not psychic forum
if everything is look normal, probably you are on the safe side
by the way, those yellow sticky things work great to see what kind of bug roamming around,
I always keep one of them in grow room
dont worry, be happy. many bugs doesnt care about your plants at all
