Fuck da police!!!!!

So tonight, i was leaving my school after having play practice and i discovered that a cop looking car was following me. So i continued to drive and entered the backway into my neighborhood ( i live right by my school). and i noticed that the officer still continued to follow me, then i noticed that it was the neighbhorhood security cop who drives a car that looks similar to a cop car ( it was dark so it was hard to tell). Well i deicided to mess with him and i drove around in circles through the various drives throughout my neighborhood. and he still followed me. I have my windows down and i hear the guard yelling form his cars, i have the cops on the way, i then shouted back what exactly have i done wrong, i have not broken any laws. Then he said they are on their way. SO i hauled butt off and lost hte guy and drove into my neightborhood when it was safe. My question is what exactly have i done wrong by driving around my neighborhood. Can i really get in trouble?

I live in Texas in a rich ass neighborhood, and i have fucked witht eh security guard beofre when he is on late night patrol of the hood. And i have also spray painted a stop sign in the nieghborhood and wrote fuck you on a wall in the very back of it where there are no houses, but my friends who talk to the guy who owns the whole place say they have hidden camera and shit all over and i can spot them now that i am trying to find them.

So what laws am i breaking if im just driving around? and i know the spray paint was stupid but it was fun, so what about the hidden cameras if im caught on one what can happen? they have my licesne plate but its registered to my dads house in another county. so help please

How old are you? Just because it was fun doesn't change anything. You'll probably get a ticket. Why "fuck da police" when you did something retarded to start with? I would imagine that he's following you because maybe they caught you on camera being stupid. I don't know....just a crazy theory.

Im 18, im a highschool senior, and im not sure if they caught me on camera or not. and yes i do know the spray was stupid but i love to fuck with the guards cause they are pricks and the one following me has actually stopped me beofre ( i though he was an actual cop) and talked to me and tried to imtimdate me, hes a fuckin faggot and when he did stop me i was high and swerainv and shit cause i was also drunk but my car stunk like weed and he said you been smoking dope but i didnt answer him.

yeah i think its past your bed time.... you are supposed to be at least 18 to be here.... in any case, why fuck the police. have you never had a need for them? the police are not bad just because they bust people with weed. its their job and they have to do it. i have known many nice cops and i always respect them. police officers put their lives on the line for us every day. just because they dont or cant agree with our views doesnt make them bad or "the enemy". the ones we need to get confrontational with and to convinceto legalize weed are the ones who vote to pass bills into laws to legalize marijuana, not the police. this is in no way going to happen with people acting in a negative way towards the police or any other law enforcement agency. so please show some respect for the people that are willing to risk themselves to uphold the laws that make our country safe enough fo us to live in happily.

first of all jsut cause you have had good cops doesnt mean shit, i live in a town where the crime is high and the cops are dicks, they are assholes and everytime i have to deal with them shit goes bad for me. and im not immature cause i express my own opinion on how i view law enforcement. I jsut wanted to know what exact laws im breaking by driving around my neighborhood, but you had to come and get your periodblood all over this thread so now its soiled. thanks

Then why did you say anything about drinking and drivin? I think you're just making up stories to sound cool to your other underage friends that are on right now. You're showing your age, and you're not even aware of it. Obviously the police give a fuck, and they don't care if you care or not at this point.

I have read up on this and have discovered that they have to ask to talk to you if they do not have suspisicion and articulable facts (SAF) and if they ask can i talk to you all you have to say is no, if you say yes that is consent and you give up certain rights.

I was not making up a story aobut drinking and driving cause all i said was... they security guard pulled up to me while i was pulled over cause i had been swearving and shit trying to make my way home and he smelled weed and asked me. and second of all i do not live with my parents dumbass, i work and support myself so they cant put a foot up my ass. and your the one i think who needs to "tuck there lip in" cause your making false assumpetions with disregarding what i said. once agian good job

just curious how do u go to school ur only 18 u support urself and u live in a rich ass neighborhood? how do u manage that?
