Fuck Kiwiland seeds!

So I made an order for some seeds. Paid them with my credit card already. Waited almost 2 weeks with zero response that my seeds have been shipped. So I had to email them the whole problem. They said sorry, the seeds I ordered were processed but never shipped and they don't know how that happened. They will send them out tmrw. Waited a whole week! No confirmation again! I'm Hella pissed so I emailed them saying I want a refund back. The next day they emailed me saying my seeds have finally been shipped. So whatever, I wait. It's been 2 months and still nothing. I emailed kiwiland seeds and now they're just ignoring me. Fuckin bitches.

dispute the charge on your card

Call the Credit Card Company and tell them You don't know what that charge is, and you did not make it... Problem solved.

I will never buy seeds there.

most people have places they buy from and stick with them . If it works why go elsewhere ?

My card was charged in September. I've already made full payments for that month and October. I dont know if its possible to act now. Just really believed them as they are a big company. Very unprofessional.

its an 800 number on the card, why wonder? call and ask........if they want to use that card company they have to comply with certain standards
