Fungus gnats? Root maggot? Thrip?

I have a pest! It's not a spider mite, it's something else.

Looks like a larva or maggot, but it's tiny tiny. Crawling on the leaves.

Avid didn't kill them all, but i think it helped some. I have that stuff for mites, and it works like a charm (just toxic as hell)
I have Floramax too, and will use it in a month.. i like to swap back and forth between those. but i still need something to kill these bastards!

mites aren't a problem with these chemicals, but whatever this is is running rampant!

thrips!! they will kill those plants in no time you dont have a month. flip them upside down put your hand over the cup to keep the soil in and dunk them in water. wash them off real good. If any thing at least wash them off. if you have carpet in your grow you will need to clean the carpet and put plastic over it. your grow will have to scrubbed down and washed. spinosad might kill them are those the only plants you have?

look for thrips on top of the leafs mites on the bottom.
