Fungus? need some advice

I am new the soil world kinda, got some yellow orange, fuzzy mold or fungus growing at the bottom of my bucket at the drainage holes. Here is a pic. The top soil looks fine and plant is showing no issues yet. Healthy..
The tent is running at constant 75-80degrees depending on hot days 82 at the highest.. and low 38% high 50% humidity. I last watered 5 days ago 4/26/15. the soil was dry i feel water has transpired. or evaporated..

It looks to me that some of the organic matter in your soil has started to break down and get fungal spores involved. If it isn't affecting your plant ( witch it shouldn't) I would leave it alone and not worry about it.
