Funkfetti - shriveled clawed leaves (since early veg)

I posted these photos in the EG strain reviews thread, but maybe someone else has seen this before? 1 out of 4 of the phenos has these fucked up looking leaves, ever since it was still very small. All 4 plants are in autopots, same reservoir, same nutes etc (Athena). Just the one plant. Mutation? Early on, lots of the leaves were 3 leaves too. Other 3 plants are very healthy (minus the one I just chucked due to herm)

sure it's not too much N...if they are from different seed that could explain why the same regime gave them different outcomes.

This is different than too much N - it was doing it even before I started adding nutes. The fan leaves were like sunken in on themselves (see the pic when it was younger)

how did you have sizable plants without nutes? i have to add nutes from about day 7 or so.
Could be a mutation, but really looks like n claw to me, but i have had a clone and reveg throw some of the smaller cured claw leaves...i think this was from N though because plants gets sensitive to nutes at transplant and beginning of reveg afaik. Your new leaves don't really have it. the clawed leaves in the more recent pictures are probably just the same leaves from the early one. the claw doesn't go away once you fix the N or they can handle the N you are giving them.
 
I have pepper plants that sometimes do this outside after transplant, when the weather gets wonky. It doesnt fix itself, but when conditions improve, new growth gets better. I have a feeling that some plants are just hyper sensitive to VPD.
 
Doesn't look like a tox or deficiency to me so I'm going with environment. Doesn't mean the environment is bad now but likely was at some time during the grow.

After the initial seedling stage I move to roots organic potting soil which has enough nutes in there for a few weeks until they are ready for the transplant into the coco / perlite autopot containers.

There was not. In the seedling tent I only have one 6” fan moving air around.
I do have fungus gnats so maybe they pissed it off. I have no idea.
I just had two seedlings stall out and I gave them a small tug and they came right out of the soil with no roots besides the initial tap root. Wondering if it’s fungus gnat larvae damage. I’ve just started applying nematodes on a bi-weekly

Environment in the mother / seed tent was always 75-78 day 68 night. RH at 65. Same as the 4x4 they are in now.

I thought about it but I wanted to see how it would handle flower. I’m not planning on keeping a cut if it for the future but I’d really not like to run 2 plants in the 4x4 if I can make the third work. I’ll yank it if I have to when the time comes
 
If not wind whipped it surely appears as it’s had too much nitrogen. Are these plants well rooted? Fine roots throughout the container?

They are in autopots, the roots are probably loaded at the bottom. The actual trunk is pretty good sized as well.

Yup that's larvae damage

dude, the only plants i have had this on had fungus gnats at some point...either it was these clones with fungus gnats and the other was a reveg in the same tent. you may be on to something.
