2 month old g13 plant drooping bad looks over watered but the soil is bone dry any questions what this might be

If the soil is "Bone" dry why don't you water them ?
Was it drooping when it wasn't dry ?

Root bound, so pot up, to the next gallon size, use quality potting mix consider mixing in a handful of silicon watering crystals

That's not a gentle arcing over-watered droop. That's an "I'm thirsty" limp wilted droop.

I just potted up a couple days ago and I've been using soil moist ....I will water It right away thanks for all the help
