PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
=================================================
1. Visual Appeal: Rate the visual appeal of the buds from 1-10 unappealing-excellent.
7
2. Visible Trichomes: Rate the visible trichome content from 1-10 none-totally covered.
7
3. Use an X to indicate the colors that are present in the trichome heads under magnification or list the percentages of each color for a more precise report.
Clear [ ] Cloudy [85] Amber [15 ] Dark [ ]
I have to add that there are masses or PURPLE SWIRLY trichs that look silvery from a distance. When magnified, you see a cloudy trichome with PURPLE SWIRLS!! Even in the little trich 'stalks' it looks like blown glass 'colour changer' pipes.
4. Mark with X the colors that are present in the buds or for a more detailed color analysis rate presence on a scale 1-9 light-dark.
Brown [8 ] Green [7 ] Gold [ ] Blue [ ] Grey [2 ] White [ ] Red [ ] Rust [3 ] Orange [ ] Purple [4 ] Black [ ]
5. Bud density: [ ] Rate the bud density from 1-10 airy-dense. For samples that are not in their natural state leave this field blank.
Buds are as dense as you can wish for once trimmed. Solid 9 for density.
6. Use numbers 1-9 on descriptors that apply to the aroma of freshly broken bud where a one indicates a subtle presence and 9 indicates a pronounced presence.
Delete the existing space when marking a descriptor in order to maintain the columns in alignment.
Earthy [8 ] Floral [3 ] Pepper [5 ] Grapefruit [4 ]
Pineapple [3 Skunk [ 3] Spice [7 ] Orange [3 ]
Add some fresh mown lawn and that pretty much nails it.
7. Aroma [ ] Rate the aroma from 1-10 repulsive-delightful. Use freshly crumbled bud for best results.
7. Doesn't quite strip paint yet (which is how I like it) but the smell can be described in one short phrase. Smells like MORE
8. Seed content [ ] Rate seed content from 0-10 none-fully seeded.
NONE
9. Weeks cured [ ] If known enter the number of weeks your sample has been cured. If desired repeat SSR after an additional two weeks of curing.
One Week cure

THE SMOKE TEST
==================================================
Address these questions while smoking.
1. Please use a clean instrument for the evaluation. Enter information below that will identify the instrument as follows:
Joint
2. Use numbers 1-9 on descriptors that apply to the taste where a one indicates a subtle presence and a nine indicates a very pronounced presence.
Delete the existing space when marking a descriptor in order to maintain the columns in alignment.
OK for this I am going to use Mrs' description:
Not much on first inhale, on the tongue we have creeping flavours of citrus fruits with a hint of pineapple that intensify as the joint progresses. A slight hint of grape, or more supre sweet grape juice... Which is totally annihilated by a blast of black pepper in the nose on exhale. Tickles and makes you want to sneeze. Very much like proper old pre-2000 pepper Swazi. Flavour stays the same till the joint burns down. Very nice.
If appropriate return to this question after 5-10 minutes and mark
with X any unmarked descriptors for lingering aftertaste.
3. Taste [ ] Rate your impression of the taste from 1-10 unpleasant-delicious.
7
4. State of dryness [ ] Rate the dryness of the bud from 1-10 wet-dry where 5 is ideal.
5
5. Smoke ability [ ] Rate the smoke ability of the sample from 1-10 harsh-smooth.
8
6. Smoke expansion [ ] Rate how the smoke expands in the lungs from 1-10 stable-explodes.
6
SMOKE TEST COMMENTS:
It really dod remind both of us of the oldschool Swazi of days long gone. A real blast from the past, except Swazi buds were never quite this dense or beautiful, and this is a much nicer high. Overall, one of our all time favorite breakfast smokes. Meaty and satisfying, hits head AND body, doesn't rip your head off. PERFECT all-day feel-good reefer.
