Gaia Green Bat Guana 10-3-1, When to use and how much

I just picked up some Gaia Green Bat Guano 10-3-1 and am wondering when is the prime time to use it, veg? flower? and how much to use. I am using 10 gallon pots for 100 of my plants and am using 8 gallon pots for 35 other plants. I fear I may burn the plants if I go overboard so if anyone has some good expierience with this stuff it would be great to get some feedback

''if i had to'' I would use a quarter to half dose in early veg then 3/4 late veg, (it should say the dose on the back) it would be crap in flower but i have never heard of it b4 n i am just going by the npk 10-3-1 values
