Garage Grow Room Question - Wrap it in Panda Film, or Dry Wall it?

I have a 10x17' room I'm going to be growing in. My plan is to make a couple of 'chambers' out of PVC and Panda Film. My biggest concern is the room itself. There is no paneling, so it is exposed beams and tar paper. I want to cover it up and wind up with something easier to maintain in terms of sanitation. Needless to say, all of those crevices are a haven for bugs.

Naturally I'm going to pressure soak it, and disinfect, but I'm stuck on where to go next. I'm inclined to put up panda film on the entire room. My feeling is that this is creating an easily washable barrier between my grow area proper and all of those crevices.

On the other hand, not considering the cost of joint compound and screws, drywall would be roughly the same in terms of cost. Although, then there is the cement floor to worry about.

Keep in mind this is just the room the grow tents will be inside of. Am I over thinking it? Anybody want to suggest a best choice between these two? Or maybe one I'm not even thinking of?

drywall might be cheaper if ur a handy person. or paneling, spray foam, just paint it. drywall is only 3bucks a sheet where im from the cheapest. epoxy base paint on the floor.

50 bucks for 6 mil poly 20 x 100 home depot. use staples and one inch squares of cardboard to tack it up. you should be able to do it for 100 bucks and i think that guys mistaken about $3 drywall. unless its like 3x6x1/4

My vote is for rmax foam board. Its 8 bucks a sheet(4x8), reflective sanitary, you cut it with a razor blade so now sawing/ drywall dust and it is water resistant way more so than drywall. Plus poly just jets sucked off the walls after a bit and just plain isnt a one shot deal. Also rmax has insulating properties that niether drywall or plastic have. Foil tape the seams and your set. Also.. did i mention?....IT MAKES YOUR GROW LOOK LIKE A FUCKING SPACE SHIP!!!! ALso if you need to be stealth about it have the people at the Home depot cut it in 4 pieces so it fits in your car trunk with seats up.
