3 Mephisto +1 FastBuds Auto. FFOF Soil

Set up:
AC Infinity 3’x3’x6’ tent
AC Infinity T6 carbon + fan
HLG 135 QB kit on 150w (supposed max output)
2 personal fans
1 mini heater
Ink bird Temperature controller
Basic humidifier (ultra sonic type; definitely leaves some kind of powdered residue on surfaces of stuff)
Remote viewing

Temps are ~72*F - 80*F
RH trying to keep relative to VPD so ~65-80% RH aim Closer to the 60s though recently.

Went into paper on 10/31.

Topped 11/21

LST and some trimming

In final containers 3.6gal. nursery pots

mixed up this stuff
42.5 L FFOF
16 L Perlite
8 L Earth Worm Castings
12 oz Dr. Earth 4-4-4
3-4 tbsp of Great White

Water pH to ~6.3-6.6
Citric Acid granules for pH down

Following one of the takes on @budzbuddah foff+ph’d water only with some top dressings of Dr Earths 444 and Dr Earths Flower Girl

2nd run was a bean making shit show. In a good way. 100s. One popped itself. Will see what mystery #5 does.

Leaves look a little funny but the rest look good

Day 28 update.

topped all 4 and they seem to be responding to it very well.. lots of under side growth. Lots of shoots to follow. LST to happen sooner than later

Watered like .5L (16.9oz) 2x this week. Watering maybe 32oz each plant tomorrow
pH water to 6.3-6.

oh I also topped mystery #5 in the solo today too. Not sure which plant this came from

Lower growth coming up strong… I see where autos get all the branching from Woah

also going to LST them soon too. Lots of growth

I would double the light size and final pot 5 gln. I ran a comparison between the two pots and nearly doubled the yield and really need 300 watts in that 3x3

Would also boost temp up a little to 80-82

sick. That’s good to know man. I’ve been wanting to up the wattage/sq ft for a while now.. just can’t decide which light I want to go with. Also first time running anything larger than a 2.2L pot. Third dedication to a run. Can get 5’s in there no problem, just a few inches taller than the 3.6s Thanks

currently doing this all in unconditioned space (hence my name lol) got a this thread about my set up/how it’s insulated.


needs a little tinkering with but does maintain temperature pretty consistently to what I have it set to

Winter is coming where I’m at. Usually have some lows that hit 0*F some nights

I’m currently running 2 ts1000 but waiting for my bar light to come in. Depending on budget spiderframer has I think the sfe3000 or Mars sf3000. Brother uses the Mars with no issues

The five gln fiber pots or plant warriors fit fine and can run five plants at once if need be

yeah I want to get a SE5000 in there. Fixture is like 480 watts I think and size is just shy of 3x3

So probably the ~30 day mark of when they where pushing out of the soil..

LST was a success. Little bit of leaf tucking throughout helped as well.

light cycle is now 20/4 and the 4 hour dark is around noon my time so I can keep the temp up.
Set to 75*F
RH 40-70% (humi on timer w/ the light) looking into the humidity controller from InkBird to strive for VPD
Light is like 18” above new canopy

we shall see!

Oh and don’t mind the temps on the meter.. had it sitting outside the tent in the garage.. about how cold it is in there this time of year.

Once it hits below freezing outside will be the real test. Only had a few nights of that and wondered if the heater was running “too much” or too often or even able to reach set temperature.


I’d like to hit 80*F with the respective VPD which I think is like 65-70% at that temperature
