Gavita Pro

Anyone on here using this light? I want to switch to these( Gavita Pro) have been using king led and morsen led lights and the diodes always going out on them...if they're good lights will get 2 for my 5 x 10 flower side and just move the 2 morsen 2400 watt to my veg side both have 2 diodes out each and just trash the 3 king led cob cause all the diodes are bout blowed out on them. Gavitas are nice. They put out a lot of heat though so make sure you have sufficient ac.

What do you guys recommend?

Air cooling everything. Most go here prefer 315CMH. Covers about 3' x3' and they produce. Go with 2 instead of 1 630CMH.

Gavita's rock. Only thing that may beat em are Quantum Boards. A few threads on here documenting the pros and cons of QB over Gavita,

From what I've learned over the years trying to figure out growing indoors, is that HID like Gavita's produce great results with one MAJOR caveat. They produce a shit ton of heat so if you haven't planned on managing that heat you're going to have issues. Air cooled hoods are mandatory on bigger fixtures unless you have a substantial a/c unit for the space. Once you have solved the heat issues then it's just like any other grow.

Gavitas are the shit. More terps and resin production. Best move I’ve ever made. One gavita is brighter than two HPS lights. But be prepared to upgrade your HVAC.
