Gavita's went up $40 wholesale

Fuck just ordered some for a customer and they're $40 more ea now then two weeks ago. I haven't confirmed this rumor yet but hearing that since Sunlight Supply is opening shop in Langley BC and they pay in US for Gavita the Canadian wholesaler upped the price to reflect what Sunlight is going to charge. It true fucking price fixing is BS and won't sell any more Gavitas. I should have just stuck promoting Agrolux but too many people wanted the E series Gavita with the adjustable wattage, the Agrolux is just 240V and non adjustable for now but 99% the same thing and uses the Philips bulbs and same light output.

Nail in coffin for Gavita, I get knock offs now for about $300, from same Gavita factory in China.

Just get any ballast that can do 100K+ hertz, a good shade and a Philips DE bulb and you got he same thing.

The price increase is probably due to the current USA/CAN exchange rate, it is at 37% today.

These are compatible with the Gavita controllers too. Run MH or HPS. Shits getting cheap. More and more importers.

Sunlight Supply is coming to Langley BC and been told the current Gavita wholesaler (only one in Canada) is changing the price to match them which is the only other official distributor.

Not gavita's but you can get air cooled DE reflectors.

I'll give you $50 if you show me Monsanto owns any ownership/shares in Scotts, GH, Botanicare or Gavita.

Its wholesale/manufacturing site so probably don't list prices as they'd be different in US/CDN/World. I can get you prices but wont be back at work till Sat. I sold some of their ballasts, no complaints yet but what I do like is the 1000W does down to 600W and 400W

I hope Canna is right about no link to Monsanto, but I still don't like the link to Scott's. Bud is getting cheap out here, too cheap. I don't think the dispensary gold mine will keep going forever. There's 11 dispensaries in Nelson for ten thousand people. With wholesale at 12-1500 the price discrepancy to $10 a gram in dispensaries should even out in some kind of price war.
