Growth was overall good this first week. I can’t wait to get my second air pump in so I can add another air stone to the reservoir. I’m also stoked to see the roots drop down into reservoir in the upcoming days. This is my first grow any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated. I will be updating and replying frequently.


Also I have noticed a few small flies around my basement. I do keep it very clean so I’m making sure not to over top feed my rapid rooters and have some sort of gnat problem inside the grow tent. Let me know if you have any pointers on this too please. Happy toking roll it up fam!

I would cover those rapid rooters. Next time put them deep in the pot so you have headspace to cover them as they get taller with your Hydroton.

Cover with Hydroton? Or maybe a paper plate cut so it can go around the stem?

I covered with hydroton, I don’t have a paper plate. Plus I still have to top feed with my spray bottle till roots are in the reservoir so the plate would be irritating.

Keep a eye on the Larry Bird it's got a tendency to herm. Actually all GSC offspring can herm pretty easily if stressed or the smallest of light leaks. Good luck

Hey guys my roots finally dropped into my reservoir after 11 days. They are bright sparkly white!! However, I noticed on my second set of “true leaves” that they are a light light green/ almost yellow and curled downwards. If I snap a few pics could you guys help me figure out what could be the source? (Cal mAg deficiency, over watering etc) Or let me know if I’m just being paranoid

How did this strain do for you? I'm about to order these seeds.
