Gen 4 - deluxe flowering system

What do you guys think really looking to stay away from standard lighting for my grow tent to help combat heat and power consumption. I was looking at LED's but am skeptical still, i found these which seem to offer a good spectrum and low heat. Please check them out and give me your opinion
